1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or booking any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer digital content and marketing services including:

• Scriptwriting & Planning
Service scope is defined during the consultation or in the final proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
• Clear brief and brand guidelines (if any)
• Required content, information or approvals on time
• Timely communication
• Payment as per the agreed schedule
Delays caused by the client will extend project timelines.
4. Payments & Refunds
• Payments must be made upfront or as per the agreed milestone plan.
• Refunds are NOT provided once work has begun, as these are creative and time-based services.
• Partial refunds may be considered only if no work has started.
• Chargebacks without contacting us first will be considered violation of these Terms.
5. Revisions
Each service includes a fixed number of revisions (mentioned in your package).
Extra revisions will cost additional charges.
Approval of final content marks the end of the project.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
After full payment:
• You receive rights to use the final delivered content for personal or commercial use (as agreed).
• We retain rights to showcase the work in our portfolio, social platforms, and case studies, unless you request confidentiality in writing before project start.
• Raw files, drafts, or unused clips are not included unless purchased separately.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
• Resell or redistribute our content without permission
• Edit, misuse, or modify content in a misleading/harmful way
• Upload illegal or copyrighted material without rights
• Attempt to harm our website, systems, or functionality
Violation may result in service termination.
8. Third-Party Tools
We may use third-party tools like:
• Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal)
• Social media analytics tools
• Editing apps or cloud services
We are not responsible for the policies of these external providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are NOT liable for:
• Loss of profits
• Social media algorithm changes
• Platform outages
• Third-party errors
• Client-side technical issues
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service if:
• Payments are not completed
• The client misuses content
• The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally
• Terms are violated
Any work already delivered must be paid for.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
